The Center for Innovation and Digitalization (ZID), based in the Bernapark, and the start-up-promoter DragonLabz based in Hergiswil in the canton of Nidwalden have launched a promotional program for start-ups in the field of digitalization. As detailed in the program published by ZID, talented businesspeople are to be guided during the eight-week course until their business concept is ready to be deployed. Known as the Speed Acceleration Program, the initiative offers participants a mixture of workshops, group coaching and practical exercises intended to help transform an idea into a successful company launch. It gets underway on September 12 with a virtual opening event, during which the program and trainers will be presented.
In the first week, the idea, target customer group and an execution plan are reviewed and created, followed by a fortnight of group meetings and training. In the fourth week, initial results are evaluated before additional targets are defined. After another two weeks of evaluating ideas and strategies, the focus will then turn to product creation and presentation training. The course then concludes with the presentation of company ideas and defining further necessary steps for founding a start-up. According to the press release, the Speed Acceleration Program aims to provide participants with the key tools and strategies to make a success of their start-up concept. ce/ww
