Zentralbahn transports nearly 14 million passengers

Stansstad - In 2024, the Zentralbahn carried approximately 13.8 million passengers on routes in the triangle between Lucerne, Engelberg-Titlis in the canton of Obwalden and Interlaken in the canton of Bern. RUAG and Pilatus on schedule with conversion of military aircraft

SoftwareOne acquires 90 per cent stake in Crayon Group

Aerolite kitting out 21 helicopters for Rega

Ennetbürgen/Kloten - Aerolite is currently equipping the 21 helicopters of the new single-type fleet operated by Swiss Air-Rescue (Rega). One of the Airbus H145 helicopters, which features an interior specially developed for Rega, has already completed its maiden flight. Pilatus sells 22 training aircraft to the French Air and Space Force

SoftwareOne to acquire Crayon Group

Stans/Oslo - SoftwareOne has submitted a stock and cash offer to the shareholders of the Crayon Group. The merged company for cloud solutions will be headquartered in Stans, with the workforce of around 13,000 employees in more than 70 countries generating sales of 1.6 billion Swiss francs.
