SoftwareOne to acquire Crayon Group

Stans/Oslo - SoftwareOne has submitted a stock and cash offer to the shareholders of the Crayon Group. The merged company for cloud solutions will be headquartered in Stans, with the workforce of around 13,000 employees in more than 70 countries generating sales of 1.6 billion Swiss francs.

Pilatus to supply the Royal Canadian Air Force

Stans/Moose Jaw - Pilatus will deliver a total of 19 PC-21 jets to the Royal Canadian Air Force. These aircraft are to be used in the training of new pilots.

Pilatus plans growth in Asia

Stans - Pilatus intends to open up new markets in Asia with its latest PC-24 Super Versatile Jet. To achieve this, the Swiss aircraft manufacturer performed an Asian demo tour this year. In addition, Pilatus' service center in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, is to be adapted for the PC-24.
